Technical Difficulties Resolved - May 1, 2007Posted by Ken Allen at May 1, 2007 6:26 PMPlease be advised that online credit card processing through the Ride for Heart online system was down between midnight and 4:00 pm EDT on May 1, 2007.
The technical issue has been identified and resolved, and the online system is now fully operational and ready to process online donations.
What does this mean to you?
If you sent any emails to friends, family or colleagues asking them to sponsor you and make an online donation, they may have received an error message when they attempted to sponsor you online.
We appreciate the frustration that this may have caused your supporters. We hope that you will let your friends, family or colleagues know to come back to support your online fundraising efforts.
