Helmet head

Lots of great info about helmeting from Lene, and I appreciate the care behind all the admonitions to wear a helmet. Because I clearly didn't provide enough info in the previous post, I just want to clarify that this happened before I had left my apartment building. I had my helmet with me because I had planned to wear it, as I always wear it, when I ride on the road. I hadn't gotten as far as the road, though, which is why it wasn't yet on my head. Will I wear it in the parking lot now? Most assuredly.
