I've got a great idea! Let's increase the price of one of our products by up to 40% while simultaneously decreasing our costs for delivering that product by at least that much again!

Welcome to "steeped tea" at Tim Hortons.

Before introducting "steeped tea":

• $0.98 any size
• your own tea bag

After introducting "steeped tea":

• $1.40 extra-large
• brewed in a pot and left to sit for hours steep
